Data processed and purposes
When someone uses a form or gets in touch by email, the association may process their identification data, contact details and any information they voluntarily include in their message.
This data will be used to:

Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is responding to the request made by the data subject, managing the relationship or activity requested and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
If the option to receive information updates is offered, these will only be sent when the person has given their consent or there is another valid legal basis. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

After that, it may be kept, duly blocked, for the periods required to comply with legal obligations or to deal with any possible liabilities.
Recipients
Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where:

The association will apply reasonable measures to protect data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access or use.
3. Cookie policy
The short version
This website does not set any cookie when you arrive. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Cookies from other services can only appear if you choose to play a video or an audio, open a map or use a payment button.
What cookies are
Small files that a website stores on your device. They can make it work, remember preferences, keep it secure or measure how it is used.
Who is responsible
The controller for cookies on this site is Associació Guardians de l’Amazònia. You can write to info@eiamazonia.org.
What we use and what we don’t
- Necessary cookies: none for tracking. The site stores in your browser only your choice about the cookie notice and minor preferences. That information never leaves your device and identifies nobody.
- Analytics: none. There is no Google Analytics or any other measurement system. If we ever add one, we will say so here and it will only run with your consent.
- Advertising: never. We do not sell or share data.
- Fonts: hosted on our own server. The site does not connect to Google Fonts or any external network in order to display.
Embedded content
Some pages include videos, audio or maps from other services (YouTube in no-cookie mode, 3Cat, Instagram, iVoox or Spotify). They do not load by themselves: you will see a still image with a play button and no connection is made until you press it. Once you do, those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Payment forms
On «Colabora y participa» and «Campaña», the contribution buttons open a window with the HubSpot payment form, which uses Stripe. That form —and the cookies HubSpot and Stripe need to take the payment and prevent fraud— only load when you press the button. Closing the window removes the form.
One-off card donations happen in a Stripe window. With PayPal, pressing the button loads the donation button script (paypalobjects.com) and the donation is completed in PayPal’s own window. EiAmazonia never sees or stores your card details.
Website forms
Our forms (contact, joining the network, volunteering, press, newsletter) send the data to HubSpot, where we manage requests. We send only the form fields: we do not include HubSpot’s tracking script.
Accept, reject and change your mind
The cookie notice lets you accept, reject or choose by category. Closing the notice or continuing to browse is not acceptance. Your choice is stored for six months in your own browser and you can change it whenever you like through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser. Some preferences may then stop being remembered.
4. Updates to this information
The Associació Guardians de l’Amazònia may update this page whenever there are changes to the regulations, activities, forms or services used on the website.
